The EO world is obsessed with the ownership mindset—how to create it, sustain it, improve it, etc. This session will approach this issue through the topic of assumptions. We all know the old adage: “Assumptions make an A#$! out of you and me.” The commonly held belief is that assumptions are a huge barrier to creating effective relationships and, in turn, inhibit the growth of the ownership mindset. This panel brings real-life teachings, experiences, and tools to become aware of and limit the assumptions barrier to the ownership mindset.
