Over the last 18 months, our industry has seen a massive increase in the number of cyber-related events, ranging from email phishing to ransomware to traditional data breaches. As a result, the professional IT and cyber risk communities have acknowledged that most organizations are not adequately prepared to manage and respond to cyber-related claims and incidents.
