With an ESOP company comes a desire for an ownership culture. The ESOP can be leveraged to accomplish this in many ways, and it must be able to evolve over time with a changing world and organization. This panel will take the audience on a tour of presenters’ past experiences, discuss the factors that will demand a change in approach, and encourage audience participation in the sharing of ideas.
